Guidelines for daily needs - N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T
1) NUTRITION and supplementation
Add Ensure, rolled oats porridge with Ensure milk (hot Food); soft
boiled eggs x2 daily, some butter not spread or margarine, adequate salt intake
2) EXERCISE -gentle when too frail -
walking transfer from room to room or to n fro toilet/ and passive limb
exercises only/ prevents muscle wasting and stiffness! Far infrared makes our
blood vessels pliable, clears debris n cholesterol to detox body! That's why
can safely eat normal food no need extreme restrictions to stop having oily
sweet and salty foods.
3) WATER - prevent dehydration alkaline or (ionised
water in bottles put on top half of therapeutic mattress 10mins).
This also prevents high blood pressure too!
Negative ions converts big water molecules
into smaller ones to be absorbed through small pathway in cell membrane. Water
intake 1.5 to 2litres / day
4) SUNSHINE - of cos sunlight has UV n with
haze difficult
So better to use
COMBINATION mode say 3bars Far Infrared And
High Negative Ions for 1-2hrs (FIR Is good sunlight)
5) TEMPERANCE: Moderately balanced
lifestyle--> Everything in moderation - no extreme restrictions on food like
carbohydrates, protein, fibre oils and sugar and salt (soya sauce in soft
boiled eggs/ my doctor friend Dr Wong encourage this!)
6) Air - good fresh air
Lots negative ions help tremendously / the
